Villa Pamphili is the largest sculptured park in Rome. It’s so large that we only managed to cover 1/4 of it in 2 hours!
One nice place to see during Spring is Laghetto Dell’Eur where the largest artificial lake in Rome is. What makes the place extra special is the fact that there are so many Sakura trees here and it makes the place look so beautiful!
Now that Spring is around the corner, there are new produce to choose from! I got a bunch of asparagus and made creamy lemon and asparagus pasta with the recipe I found from Minimalist Baker. It was SO GOOD!
I was at the farmer’s market and I saw a vegetable that I’ve never seen before. It looked interesting so I got it. Let’s see how it tastes like!
