Its not such a great day.
It was supposed to be my last paper today and just when the paper ends it started raining. Very VERY heavily.
Anxious to go home, I decided to ride in the rain anyways and soonafter, reached the carpark. While trying to manuever the scooter, somehow the rear wheel just slipped and I crashed down. It hurts really bad. I sprained my ankle and bruised my knees.
If it werent for the kind man who was nearby who helped me up, I think I would have been too shocked and traumatised to do anything.
I’m going to cry now.
My scooter has a huge dent in it and a lot of deep scratches.
It could have been worse. But I’m just really extremely extremely upset right now.

It was really unexpected and I’ve never had such a problem (nor such a scare before) I guess, this is life’s lesson and I shouldnt be such an obstinate too much.

if its cosmetics and engine is fine then ur ok..
dropped my bike a few times 9when parking)..
can suggest u get crash bars (had that on my bike and it saved my ferings life when i drop it like.. well i think 2-3 times..) there was once .. sent my wife to the mrt, stopped the bike, she dropped off, then i wanted to get off the bike to keep her helmet, (guess what) I FORGOT TO PUT ON THE SIDE STAND!!!) and the bike came crashing down.. how serverly embarrassing..
so now worries.. its all good as long as you learn from it
How bad was the damage?
The left hand side of my scooter is dented and is very badly scratched. If the scooter was scratched before, this is like the mother of all scratches.
How much does it cost?
Well considering that it costs about 200 to knock the dent and spray paint it back. And my IU is damaged too, but I hope its still under warranty so I dont have to pay an additional $150

I think the engine is ok, just that the rear part is kind of wobbly (The mechanic said its fine though)
I’ve no idea where to find the crash bar. Need to research 😐
