As a side-note, I’m trying out Jilian Michael’s body revolution for fun. It’s been a week in the program, and while it seems easier to do compared to the 30 day shred, I still feel sore the day after 😛

lol such workouts are meant to make you feel sore! if you don’t feel sore, you need to step up the intensity. lol. anyway, keep it up! 🙂
