I was at the Mercato di Campagna Amica last weekend to learn how to make egg pasta the traditional way by hand – not even using a pasta machine! I’m very proud of myself.
It’s not as easily done as compared to seeing the experts do it, it uses a lot of arm and hand power! Nevertheless, I had a lot of fun learning how to make pasta and today I’d like to share it with you through today’s video blog.
By the way, if anyone is in Rome, you might be interested to attend the final lesson on the 18th December. This weekend though, there will be a cheese making course.
