Field day at the Japanese Garden

Well, here’s a maiden voyage – me and my new canon Eos 350D 🙂 Initially I wanted to go to the botanical gardens, however, I thought the better of it since it was a little far away and I really wasnt in the mood for travelling. I thought I’d just drop by the Japanese garden since its just a short distance from my home.

I’m pretty pleased with the turnout of the pictures – its pretty sharp and fast unlike my older camera. And honest to goodness, I didnt even photochopped these.

  1. Whoo can I have that camera??? Very nice, and really clear. Better than the Kareoke venture. Now get lots of purrrty pics from Marina

  2. Uh no. You cant have my camera. LOL! It costs just about one and a half months of pay for me. And a heck load of scrimping :

But yeah … I’ll have loads of purrty pics 🙂 I’m thinking of where the next photoshoot is and I have some ideas 🙂

  3. From the picture.. can see why it’s EOS 350D man..haha very clear!! Nicely taken!!

Maybe next time you can show me the camera…haha after i get mine…soon ..i hope hahaha

  4. Ck, go to sim lim sq, I personally recommend this shop:

edison electronics pte ltd. 1 rochor canal road #01-43. Look for Louis Tan.

I was walking all around the place and noticed that the shop was the cheapest around. They sold my camera for 1.6k+ while the other shops sold theirs for 1.8k and above.

You try harvey norman and courts, it’ll be sold at 1999 dollars. Not worth it.

  5. Rockdontcare : I got a yummylicious canon 350D, dont think the 850D is out yet though. I’ve seen in yahoo auctions for a 10 or 15 megapixel camera going for about 2k++

That sounds super yummy to me, mmmm…

Japanese garden is a nice place for picture shots, and its not very crowded. You could just go in too, past the security guard. Plus its free.

I’d like to go to esplanade or clark quay for some river and city shots one of these weeks. I think it’ll look good 🙂
